On-site Computer Service

We specialize in PC repairs, particularly laptops. Depending on your location, we can typically arrange to meet you within 20-30 miles of Littleton, NH.

In-House Computer Services

In some cases we may need to take your computer offsite for service and repairs. We’ll coordinate with you to either pick up or have you drop off your computer. Once your system repairs are complete,  your computer will be returned back to you at your convenience.

Backup & Recovery Services

Computer backups should be done regularly and your file restore process should be tested from time-to-time.

A “backup” is only as good as a proven restore!

Your data is likely worth more than the computer it is on. Consistent backups prevent catastrophic data loss. Unplanned system downtime, lost data and a long recovery engagements leads to costly business interruptions, as well as personal distress. Many businesses and end-users go without backing up their data. This is not a risk that you should take.

You may want system images of your primary hard drives made. Should you ever have a critical failure like a hard drive crash or data corruption, your system can be rapidly restored. Proactive IT costs less than reactive IT.

Laptop Repair Service

We can meet you at your convenience to service your laptop computer. Should you be at risk of losing data, it is highly likely that we can help you backup your files on the spot. Once your data is safe, and your laptop has been serviced, we’ll restore your data back to your laptop.

Remote Computer Service

With your permission, we can set up a secure session so that we can remotely troubleshoot and resolve software issues while you observe. Furthermore, if you are uncomfortable at any time, you may end the session with a click of your mouse. Using a remote session is a win/win scenario, saving time and money.

PC Tune-Up Service

Is your PC at crawl? It might be time for a Tune-Up. There are likely software hardware updates that you need. Computer manufactures release new software updates that improve performance and stability. We highly recommend that your system(s) be checked and serviced regularlyr. You have three options for a PC tune up:

  1. Remote access session
  2. On-site computer service
  3. In-House service
