I was working on a class reunion project using MS Word and my Toshiba laptop locked up. It was an older laptop and I did not have the re-installation disks. TopNotch put Ubuntu Linux Studio on my laptop (free OS an Apps). They gave me a quick tutorial on how to navigate in Linux. They backed up and restored my personal files and I was able to complete my project running Linux. My laptop runs faster than it ever has with Linux installed. Thank You!!!
